Return policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 60 days. If it has been more than 60 days since you received your item, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Requirements:

Items must be returned within 60 days of the order delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and unperfumed.
Items must have all labels attached, including any ALLYFASHIONS hangtags.
Any product marked "Final Sale" is not returnable.
Please note that if you paid for shipping on your original order, you will not be credited for shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not meet the requirements, we may send it back at an additional cost to the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email [email protected] and ship your item to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
