Return Policy

Eligibility

  1. Timeframe: You must submit your return request within 7 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 7 days from the delivery date will be accepted. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and refund within 3 business days.

  2. Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags intact (must not be removed), and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. How to Start a Return: To start a return, contact us at info@allyfashions.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, freebies, or gift cards.

  • Intimate Clothing: Cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and health standards, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty upon delivery.

  • Final Sale Products & Accessories: Cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Exchanges

  1. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact the allyfashions customer service team via email at info@allyfashions.com.

  2. There is only one opportunity to request a return and exchange per order. Please confirm your selection carefully before returning your items.

Refunds

  1. Approval: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  2. Tracking Your Return: Be sure to update your tracking number and logistics carrier in our Returns Center, or provide this information to us via email as soon as you ship your return.

  3. Processing Times: For the health and safety of our team, we operate with a limited on-site staff. While we aim to process all returns and refunds within 3 business days, some delays may occur. If you have not received an update after two weeks, please reach out to us at info@allyfashions.com.

Additional Notes

  • Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size/style, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Please double-check product details and size charts before making a purchase.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged/faulty or the package was lost or damaged during transit.

  • Return Address: Please do not send your return to the address listed on your package. That is not our return address and doing so will delay your refund process. Our after-sales warehouses are located in the United States and Hong Kong. We are currently working on establishing additional return warehouses in other countries.

  • Authorized Purchases: Currently, allyfashions has not authorized any third parties for business or retail purposes. Any purchases made through unauthorized third parties are excluded from our warranty.
