Varietal	60% Sangiovese, 25% Montepulciano, 15% Sagrantino
Wine Making	Grapes harvested early October. Temperature controlled fermentation, medium length maceration with frequent pumping over and delestages, and a long time on the lees.
Aging	Aged 8-10 months in small oak barrels (barriques) and in the bottle for 6 months.
Analytical Data	Alcohol 13% vol.
Tasting Notes	Deep ruby red color. Lingering scent of ripe plums, red fruits, and spices. Full bodied wine with velvety and elegant finish.
